HEAL (Healthy Eating Accountability League)

on Tuesdays at 5:20 pm in July

We're offering a new 40 minute in-studio peer support experience in a four (4) session series called HEAL (Healthy Eating Accountability League) starting at 5 pm on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. This is the inaugural launch for those wishing to share strategies in developing / maintaining healthy eating habits and employing ways of coping with stress that don't involve over (or under) indulging with food or other mood altering ingestible substances. We'll be engaging in a group touchpoint led by Cheech. This will include respectful sharing in a safe environment fostered by an equitable format and will conclude with an alternating extended sound bath, group meditation or group writing / journaling session. This class is a "pay what you like", donation based offering.

All HEAL attendees are welcome to stay for the 6 pm Yoga Nidra class that follows (RSVPs are required, so register online). See below to learn more about Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation

on Tuesdays at 6:20 pm in July

We're starting with four 27 minute classes of our live, in-studio Yoga Nidra guided relaxation series, at 6 pm on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Yoga Nidra is an exploration of stillness, rest and is a journey of awareness. It can be experienced in a seated position, or in a reclining pose using a number of our comfy props and blankets. We'll be limiting enrollment to keep this class "teeny" in our new micro-mini studio. No prior yoga experience is required for Yoga Nidra. This class is a "pay what you like", donation based offering.
